CCW permit issued in San Francisco

Update from SF - the Sheriff has finally approved the very first CCW permit post-Bruen (and the first in years in general). Once the applicant does the training, a permit will issue.

@CRPAnews will keep the pressure on so that SF gets processing into a reasonable timeframe.
