RIVERSIDE, CA — Today, attorneys for a Riverside County resident and five public interest organizations filed a new federal lawsuit against the Sheriff Stanley Sniff and the County of Riverside over handgun carry license policies and practices that, the plaintiffs allege, are unconstitutional.
